Instructions: Thaw frozen crab meat.
Drain crab meat. Remove any remaining shell or cartilage. Place crab meat in a shallow 1-quart casserole. Combine butter and vinegar. Pour over crab meat. Mix lightly. Broil about 4" from source of heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Email this Recipe:
