Instructions: Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Blend in oil with a fork. Sprinkle water over mixture, mix to make a dough. Shape dough into a ball. Flatten slightly.
Roll into a circle between two squares of waxed paper. Peel off top paper and flip dough into your pie dish, adjust to fit and then peel off other piece of waxed paper. Makes one pie crust. Dampen your surface before putting down the bottom waxed paper, as it helps to hold the waxed paper in place while rolling out the dough. Email this Recipe:
