Instructions: Makes 4 (2 lb. loaves)

3/4 c hot water & 1 tbsp honey & 2 tbsp yeast

(do not stir and set aside in small bowl)

In large bowl place

1/2 c oil
1/2 c honey - or - 1/2 c brown sugar
6-7 c flour
5 1/2 c hot water
2 tbsp salt

Mix at speed 2 until handling consistency.

Blend and add yeast mixture and begin adding remaining 6-7 C Flour. Knead 5 minutes at speed 2. Dump dough onto greased cabinet and let rest. While you grease 4 bread pans.

Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Shape and put into pans. Grease tops of dough. Cover with cloth and let rise until about 1/3-1/2 larger (30-40 min). Pre-heat oven for 10 minutes. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes. Butter tops and empty bread pans (cool)
