Prepare green beans as snap beans above but omit bacon drippings. After cooking drain off liquid.
1/2 tbl butter or margarine
1/2 tbl all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 tbl grated onion
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion in butter, add flour, stir, then add milk. Cook until smooth and thick; add horseradish and mustard. Pour sauce over heated beans. Serve hot.
