Instructions: Day 1: Baste brisket with Liquid Smoke and 1 teaspoon salt. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Day 2: Sprinkle brisket all over with onion salt and garlic powder. Re-wrap and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Day 3: Slice and cover with sauce. Re-wrap and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sauce: Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove and pour over brisket. For a larger brisket, I double this amount of sauce.
