Instructions: Brown beef, drain. Add onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and basil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cook pasta. Put meat into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole.
Layer pasta on top of meat. Then cheddar. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, milk & sour cream until smooth. Spread over cheddar. *At this point, you may cover & refrigerate up to 1 day. Bake covered in 350 oven 40 minutes. *Bake one hour if refrigerated. Serves 6 to 8 Email this Recipe:
