Instructions: Beat eggs & water together lightly with fork. Heat a little marg in a non-stick frypan & when hot add egg mixture. When mixture starts to bubble, scrape it in towards the middle of the pan with spatula. When mixture is cooked on the bottom but slightly wet on top, add your filling down one side, close the omelette & slide onto place. Don t overcook. 40 seconds only.
