1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup crumbled 7-grain cereal flakes
3 tbl nonfat dry milk
1 tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbl butter or margarine
1/8 cup dark molasses
1 cup warm water - (100 to 105 deg) plus
3 tbl warm water and also
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "Whole Wheat" bread setting; crust color light.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
