Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well with a wire whip. Refrigerate until needed. Marinate steak in refrigerator for about 6 hours prior to serving. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours prior to serving. Grill steak on a hot grill to desired temperature.
