Instructions: Place onion and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (100%) until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese, with onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Makes 6 servings. NOTE: If using ham, use cream of asparagus soup. If using leftover roast pork, use cream of celery soup. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup. Email this Recipe:
