Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tbl Butter or margarine
2 cup Cooked chicken, diced (or turkey, ham, pork or roast beef)
1 cup Cooked mixed vegetables
1 can Cream of chicken soup, (10 3/4 ounce)
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning (For Chicken Or Turkey, Only)
1 tsp Celery salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1/2 cup Chicken broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Place onion and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with wax paper.

Microwave at high (100%) until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese, with onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

NOTE: If using ham, use cream of asparagus soup. If using leftover roast pork, use cream of celery soup. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup.
