Ingredients:

1 can Corned beef
1 med -sized onion
1 cup Tomato ketchup
2 tbl Good grade olive oil
1 bn (small) marjoram and oregano

1 tbl Each dried herbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Empty corned beef and tomato ketchup into bowl and stir thoroughly or mix with electric mixer. Do not mince or blend! Grate onion on coarse grater or chop finely, fry in oil till transparent. Add beef, ketchup, herbs, pepper and garlic, stir, cover and simmer over low flame for 10 mins. Pour into glass jars, cover tightly and when cool, put in refrigerator. Keeps 2 months in unopened jars, 1 week in opened jars. Fine over spaghetti, rice or what have you.
