2 tbl olive oil
1/2 lb turkey sausage, crumbled
1 med yellow onion, diced
1 med green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 cup tomatoes, chop, peel & cooked
1 x dried pasado chile, crushed
2 cup cooked white Great Northern beans
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat the oil in a large, heavy frying pan and saute the sausage, onion, and bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the chicken and lightly brown. Place the mixture in a baking or casserole dish. Stir in the tomatoes, chile, beans, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco Bake in a 325-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is done and everything is hot and bubbly

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with a green salad with fresh lemon juice squeezed over it and crusty French bread.
