Instructions: Put ingredients in the bread pan in order directed by your manufacturer. Set for DOUGH cycle. When finished, pull the dough apart into about 12 balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2-inches apart and brush with melted butter. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for about 30-40 minutes or until nearly doubled in size. Bake at 350*F for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown (mine usually take only about 20 minutes). Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter again. Serve warm.
YIELD: 12 dinner rolls (NOTE: I let mine rise longer than called for with no adverse reaction) These are truly awesome. Very, very light and delicious. I wish I knew who the original author was so that I could give proper credit to this truly wonderful recipe. Email this Recipe:
