Instructions: Combine berries, water, sugar in large saucepan; cover and cook until there is plenty of juice. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter and shortening, mixing with a fork. Add enough milk to make dough soft. Drop by tablespoons onto hot blueberry sauce. Cover tightly.
