2 tbl Black Pepper
1 tbl Granulated garlic
3 tbl Pequin Pepper Flakes
2 tbl Dry Mustard
1/4 cup Ground New Mexican Chile
1 tbl Oregano
1 tbl Cumin seed, Roasted and ground
4 tbl Trappeys Mexi-Pep or Tabasco Or?
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Use as a marinade or mop.
