2 cup Drained canned tomatoes
3 tbl Ancho chile powder
3 tbl Pasilla chile powder
1 x Canned chipotle seeded and diced
1 tbl Honey
1 tbl Dark brown sugar
3 tbl Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Cayenne
1/4 cup Chopped garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor.

This recipe yields about 3 cups of marinade. Great for pork.
