1/2 cup	Chili powder, (Santa Cruz is prefered)
4 tbl	Crushed garlic
6 oz	Fresh lime juice
4 tbl	Brown sugar
2 tbl	Balsamic vinegar
	----------------- NEW YORK STRIP ----------------
6 x	Well trimmed New York Strips cut to, (14-ounce) 2-inch thick

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients to form a paste.

NEW YORK STRIP:
Salt and pepper the meat. Rub liberally with adovado marinade.

Grill to desired temperature.
