Instructions: Put all the ingredients except the whiskey and ice cream into a saucepan and mix well. Bring gently to a boil. Cook gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and cool. Beat in the ice cream. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Pour into two glasses and add the whiskey. Email this Recipe:
