1/2 cup	sliced onion
2 tbl	olive oil
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	cumin
1/2 tsp	coriander
1/2 tsp	cardamom
1/4 tsp	ground cloves
1 x	butternut squash peeled and cubed

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute onion in olive oil in a small casserole.

Stir in salt, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and cloves.

Add squash and 1 cup water.

Cook until tender.

Serves 8
