Instructions: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Saute chopped onion. Add chopped red bell pepper, frozen lima beans, cooked ham.
Make sure all is combined. Add to skillet: corn and chicken stock. Continue to saute for 2 minutes more. Add ground turmeric, crushed red pepper, salt & pepper (to taste). Add pasta to skillet. Combine all and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
