Ingredients:

MARINADE ----------------
2 x cloves garlic, crushed
I cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
----------------- KEBABS ----------------
5 lb sirloin tip roast, cut in squares
2 x Bermuda onions, chunked
1 x green bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
1 x red bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
1 x yellow bell pepper, cut in 1" squares
1 lb mushrooms
Instructions:
Instructions: Put in marinade ingredients in a blender and blend well. Marinade the roast for 12 hours in refrigerator.

Layer the remaining ingredients with the beef on skewers. Put kebabs on grill and cook until done. Serve.
