Instructions: Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour. Add evaporated milk and cook over low heat until slightly thick. Stir in cheeses, salt and pepper; heat until cheese melts. Combine sauce and drained Mostaccioli noodles, after cooking according to the directions. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
