Instructions: Atlantic Salmon Steaks (one per person)
Fig Balsamic Vinegar Marinate salmon for 2 to 3 hours in enough vinegar to cover the fish. Grill over an open flame or broil on high until the fish is cooked rare (or to your taste), about 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with Roasted Garlic Couscous and fresh asparagus steamed in a pinch of our Low Fat Raspberry Vinaigrette. NOTES : Delicious, and it doesnt get any easier than this!
