Instructions: Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crumbs and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Cut cheese into 3/8 inch cubes. Insert a cheese cube into the center of each fish ball and reshape. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat, 375 F., 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish and serve hot, plain or with a sauce.
