Instructions: For Teriyaki Marinade: Whisk together all ingredients; set aside.
Place chicken in glass pan. Cover with 3/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade. Set aside 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade for dipping sauce. This should not touch raw chicken. Cover chicken with plastic and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours. Place chicken on broiling pan and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn chicken while broiling and brush with another 1/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade. Meanwhile, brush snow crab with oil and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Serve chicken and crab with reserved 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade for dipping. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
