Instructions: Crust: Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into 9" or 10" pie plate. Chill.
Filling: Spoon into chilled crust and freeze until firm (may be covered with baked meringue or served with chocolate sauce only). Meringue: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add marshmallow cream gradually and continue beating. Stir in vanilla. Spread meringue over ice cream, sealing to edge of crust. Bake at 450 for 2 to 3 mins., or until lightly browned. Freeze immediately. Cut into pieces and serve with sauce. Sauce: Melt together chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir in sugar and milk; continue cooking until thick, stirring constantly.
