Instructions: Form a circle on the table with the corn starch, flour and baking powder. Put the butter and liquor in the middle. Mix the egg yolk, egg whites and sugar thoroughly and make a dough. Stretch it (neither too thick nor too thin) and cut it in circles of two inches in diameter. Bake at 375F. Once they are baked and cold, put jam or jelly on cookie and top with another cookie.
