dark raisins |
| 1 cup |
chopped glazed pineapple |
| 1 cup |
chopped glazed cherries |
| 1 cup |
chopped glazed mixed fruits |

brown sugar |
| 2 cup |
finely-chopped peeled cored apple |
| 1/4 cup |
fresh lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup |
dry sherry |
| 2 cup |
cognac |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground nutmeg |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground allspice |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground cloves |

Grated peel of 1 orange |

Grated peel of 1 lemon |
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together and place in a large crock or glass jar. Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 1 month before using. If mixture becomes dry at any time, add more sherry.
