1 sm to medium butternut squash
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat a 350 F oven.

Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, then slice into 1/3-inch crescents. Toss with remaining ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the squash is cooked through, but still firm. Serve hot or at room temperature.
