Instructions: Saute the almonds in the butter, then chop fine.
In a food processor, blend the cheeses with the remaining ingredients. Shape into a roll. Place almonds on a piece of wax paper. Roll cheese in almonds to coat, wrapping with wax paper. Refrigerate 2 hours. Remove wax paper and cut into even slices. Yield: 22 - 24 slices Email this Recipe:
