Instructions: Combine gelatin and cold water. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils. Gradually add 1 tsp almond extract; stir well. Pour into an 8-inch square pan; cover and chill until firm.
Combine remaining 1/2 tsp almond extract, pear, and next 3 ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill. To serve, cut gelatin mixture into 1/2-inch squares and combine with fruit mixture; toss gently. Makes 13 (1/2 cup) servings Email this Recipe:
