Instructions: Drain soaked almonds & discard their soaking water. Drain the soaked fruit (this soaking water could be reserved to act as a sweetener in other recipes). Grind almonds, raisins, dates in a food processor.
Mix in the spices & lemon peel thoroughly. Form the dough into balls & rol in either ground almonds or shredded coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep up to 1 month. Email this Recipe:
