Instructions: Beat 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder into dough. Roll out; cut out using 4" house cutter. Bake 8-10 minutes. Decorate cooled cookies with plain Royal Icing. Decorate with sliced almonds, sliced gumdrops for doors & windows & chocolate candies for chimneys.
