Instructions: 1. Saute the onion and the garlic in the oil in a pan until softened.
2. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. 3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the almonds and breadcrumbs. 4. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 5.
