500 gm Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
25 gm Cornflour
25 gm Rice flour
Salt to taste
----------------- FOR THE GREEN PEA FILLING ----------------
100 ml Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds oil, (2 g)
100 gm Frozen green peas, blanched
1/2 tsp Chilli powder, (2 g)
4 x Green chillies, chopped fine
20 gm Coriander leaves, chopped fine 5 g ginger, julienned
Instructions:
Instructions: ADD cornflour, rice flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Heat a little oil and season with cumin seeds. When they crackle, add green peas and all the remaining ingredients. Cook for a while and remove from heat.

Divide the mashed potato into lemon sized portions. Roll into cup shapes and put a little green pea filling into each. Close the cups and shape into patties.

Shallow fry in oil on a hot tawa over medium heat till brown. Serve hot with mint chutney.
