Ingredients:

1/2 lb boneless chuck roast trimmed, and
cut into 1" cubes
3 cup chopped onion
1 x garlic clove crushed
1 tbl vegetable oil
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dill seeds
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl brown sugar (optional)
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute beef cubes, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a Dutch oven until beef is browned. Add tomato sauce and next 6 ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.

Stir in sour cream; cook, stirring often, just until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Serve over hot cooked noodles.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
