Instructions: Cook sugar, water, butter, and vanilla together until it is bubbling and is nearly to hard ball stage. Pour sugar mixture on foil fitted on a a cookie sheet. Spread 1/2 of the chocolated (grated) over it and 1/2 of the nuts. Turn foil over quickly onto another foil covered cookie sheet and cover with remaining chocolate and nuts.
Cool, then hit with the handle of a knife to break into pieces. Email this Recipe:
