Instructions: Melt ice cream; add eggs and beat until well-blended. Add liqueur. Dip bread slices into mixture, coating well and pressing almonds from the ice cream into slices; add extra almonds if desired. In electric skillet, grill or frying pan, melt margarine to 350 deg F and fry bread until golden. To serve, slightly overlap 3 slices, dust with confectioners sugar and sprinkle with almonds. Serve with maple syrup.
