Recipe for American Garlic and Parsley Bread

1/2 tsp	active dry yeast
3 cup	bread flour
3 tbl	wheat germ
3 tbl	wheat bran
3/4 tsp	salt
1/2 tbl	sugar
1/2 tbl	vegetable oil
2 x	garlic cloves minced
2 tbl	parsley fresh chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the BASIC bread cycle according to the manufacturers directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Serve plain or toasted.

Makes 1-1/2 pound loaf.
