Instructions: Leave cream cheese at room temperature for 2 hours. Drain off some of pineapple juice. Put remaining pineapple and juice with rest of ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Cool cake before icing. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread icing over cake.
