Instructions: Cream together corn oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and soda. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Drop batter by 1/4 cup on a greased cookie sheet. If smaller cookie is desired, use less batter.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes. Watch carefully so they will not get too brown, but will stay soft.

Makes 40 cookies.
