Recipe for Amish Friendship Coffeecake

2 cup	Amish Friendship Starter
2 cup	all-purpose flour
2 lrg	eggs
2/3 cup	vegetable oil
1 cup	granulated sugar
1 pkt	Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp	salt
1 tsp	vanilla extract
2 tsp	cinnamon
1/2 tsp	baking soda
2 tsp	baking powder
1 cup	canned, frozen or fresh fruit (to 2 cups) optional
	----------------- Topping ----------------
1 cup	brown sugar
1 tbl	all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp	ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F.

Stir together the cake ingredients and spread batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping over the batter.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Cool and serve.

TOPPING DIRECTIONS: Cream together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter.
