Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 sm Kohlrabies or parsnips, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup Couscous -or- Bulgar Wheat
1 lrg Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Raisins, dark or golden
2 x Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chunked
2 x Chopped habaneros, or to taste
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
2 x Zucchini, sliced thick
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
5 x Tomatoes, fresh OR 16 0z can tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
15 oz Can Garbanzo beans, (chickpeas), drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.

Note: Serve the couscous separately, if desired.
