1/2 med	Onion
1 x	Celery stalk
1/4 cup	Tofu, drained
1 tbl	AM Unrefined Olive Oil
1/2 tsp	Vege-sal OR- similar seasoning
1/2 tsp	Chili powder
1/2 tsp	Oregano
1/2 tsp	Basil

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend together in blender or food processor until smooth. Great for dips or sandwich spread.
