Instructions: Cut shortening into dry ingredients...add yeast and buttermilk. Knead to dough consistency. Roll out to 1/2" thickness; cut with cutter.
Melt butter. Dip biscuits in melted butter and fold in half. Freeze 12 to a pan. Do not thaw. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until brown. (I scrape them off the pan after frozen and store in a zipper bag in the freezer until needed). Hope you enjoy! Karen P. Email this Recipe:
