Instructions: Cut stem end off tomatoes and then cut tomatoes into small pieces. In a three quart pot, saute chopped garlic in olive oil. Dont overcook or let it get brown. When garlic is done, add tomatoes that you have cut up (along with all juice from both cans). Add as many whole basil leaves as youd like. More is better. Cover pot and simmer for approx. 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, until tomatoes and basil get soft. Serve over angel hair pasta.
