Instructions: Combine 1 package one step angel food cake mix, water and extract with electric mixer for 30 seconds at low speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in a 7 ounce package shredded coconut. (about 2 cups). Preheat oven to 350 . Cover aluminum baking sheet with foil. Drop batter by scant teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool thoroughly before removing from foil.
