Instructions: Cut a 1" slice from the entire top of a large round angel food cake.
Cut down into cake 1" from outer edge and 1" from center. Remove cake leaving a cavity for filling. Fill, replace top, ice, and chill about 4-8 hours. Whip cream and sugar till stiff. Fold remaining ingredients into a little less than half of the whipped cream. Use the remaining whipped cream to ice cake. Email this Recipe:
