1/2 cup	Unsalted butter
2 tbl	Oil
8 x	Boneless pork chops
	Salt, to taste
2 tsp	Coarsely ground black pepper
2/3 cup	Dry vermouth
1/4 cup	Fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath - and dont play ball in the house.
