1/2 cup	Old rolled oats
5/8 cup	Water
1/2 cup	Unsweeten applesauce
3/4 cup	Bread flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	Brown sugar
1/2 tbl	Nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tbl	Applesauce*
1/3 cup	Raisins
1 tsp	Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Yeast*
	----------------- FOR 1-LB LOAF ----------------
1/3 cup	Old rolled oats
1/2 cup	Water
1/3 cup	Unsweeten applesauce
3/4 cup	Bread flour
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Brown sugar
1 tbl	Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbl	Applesauce*
1/4 cup	Raisins
1 tsp	Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Instructions: Place in bread pan. Select light crust setting.
*Welbilt/Dak 1 1/2 pound machines take 2 teaspoons. Recipe calls for 1 1/2 T butter...I use applesauce. Not too moist. Hold back some water to begin with. Flavor outstanding. Very moist, but not soggy. Use Instant active yeast 1 3/4 t for large loaf.
